We offer two comfortable, fully equipped holiday properties each with their own unique character. For those wishing to experience a break in a traditional Canarian village away from the tourist trail, Casa Atalaya is an ideal rural retreat. If you prefer to be right near the beach, Casa Gaviota in Arrieta is the perfect choice – literally a stone’s throw from the sea!
THE AREA
Our properties are located in Maguez and Arrieta, in the unspoilt north west of Lanzarote, the northernmost of the Canary Islands. They are perfectly situated close to beautiful unspoilt beaches and attractions such as the Valley of a Thousand Palms and Jameos del Agua – the largest lava tube in the world.
Casa Gaviota
Casa La Gaviota is a spacious, open plan apartment situated in the coastal village of Arrieta. It is just 20 metres from the blue flag beach ‘La Garita’, with its golden sand and quality restaurants.
This fully-equipped apartment has 2 large double bedrooms.
Casa Atalaya
Casa Atalaya is a traditional country house with its wooden beamed ceilings and exposed stone. It is stylish and fully equipped. Situated in the beautiful village of Maguez, it is only a 6 minute drive from La Garrita beach and a 3 minute drive – or walk – to the old capital of Haría.
There are 2 double bedrooms and a private, south-facing patio.
